I have pain in my knees and the specialists in my country say it’s bandy legs and I have to have an opration.the opration involves cutting my shine bone and correcting my knee . I’m trribly frightened and can’t trust Iranian surgeons .could you recomand any exercises for self improvement of bandy legs. regards Shahla
