beginnings of ostioporosis

I am starting to get a curved spine-I am 54 years old- I take calcium every day about 1050 milligrams-I am very consious of this-What is a good back excercise to strenghthen upper back muscles-so hopefully I can make appearance and posture look better-???

I am 29yrs old and am developing ostioporosis, I take a calcium supplement 1300mg per day and also take acutol once a week, it gives me a little heartburn but it works. to stengthen the back muscles would be in a gym with weights.
