I had an accident at work an it caused me to have a humrol head fracture an now today I was a physical therapy the doc told me she thinks I have a ruptured bicep an I ask what can they do about it an she said nothing most of the time well the problem is that I am in the army an I am going back to iraq an I wanna make sure that there not just rushing me through so I can go there an then let my arm be messed up for life

How old is the fracture? If it’s been too long they cannot repair the bicep tendon. The bicep has two tendons so if you rupture one you will still have use of your bicep because you still have one of the tendons intact…although I’m sure you won’t have full strength as you once had.

May be too late to answer this, but if you tore your bicep, YOU HAVE to get it fixed, or that arm will never be “normal” ever again.
