BICEP TENDON SURGERY
I have chronic bicep tendonitis in both shoulders. On 11-11-05 I had surgery in my right shoulder… In the near future I’m going to have them do the left. Before I start lifting weights again I want to spend 6 to 8 months (or whatever it takes) to totally strengthen my shoulder and surrounging area. I need help deciding which exercises to do and which not to do.Is there a book I can buy? Or a website I can read?
