Big big Toe

Please I’ll appreciate if you could advice me on a big toe bone problem my daugther is having. She was born with her big toe (both foot) is bigger than normal. She’s one and half years old now. Recently, an Xray of both foot indicates that at the tip of the big toes, the bone separated (two) and you could see the two bones apart with the nerve in between.Please advice how this could be corrected since I know this defect will embarrass her in future.
