Big Toe Tendon Was Cut…Any suggestions?
Okay, so I play hockey and I was wondering would it hurt to go for a light skate? When I mean light skate, I mean taking it easy and just shooting a puck around. It has been 6 weeks since I have had my surgery to fix my tendon and will be starting rehab soon.
