Big Toes Numb
Hi there,My big, 2nd & 3rd toes on my left foot went numb the day after I participate in a 3 hour spin challenge. When I woke up in the morning, it totally lost it feelings. I went to see a normal doctor and she said I might be over exercise and prescribed me with calcium pills, painkiller and a medicine to help my nerves. Will that help? coz it has been 2 days and it still numbs. It make me hard to walk

I have had numbness in both of my big toes off and on for the last 5 years. I’ve noticed that sometimes it is worse depending on the shoes I wear. Now, it doesn’t seem to be going away at all. Solution?
