black bruised toe nail from basketball
After playing basketball, on occasion, my toe nails turn black.
I suspect it may be due to the jumping motion and the fact that my toenails are super stiff.
Am I correct to make this assumption and go on with receiving black nails or should there be cause for concern?

I was running in the gym for Cross Country practice because it was raining outside and the next day I woke up and my heel was hurting like crazy!
