I have a dark toe nail due to my shoes. I like to run and I guess the shoes is pinching my toe nail.
How to cure this? I have to wear nail polish to cover it up.

I am a 43 years old( male). My problem is when I do brisk walking or joging my toe nails become black,starting from the main toe nail. I feel like I am putting pressure on my toes, but this is just the way I feel. I don’t feel any pain on the nails except the main toe nails of both my feet. Recently I was diagnosed with blood pressure and the doctor wanted me to walk a lot, but my problem is all my toe nails have become black after I started walking and I am unable to wear sandles as it looks ugly.

It takes about 1 year for the toe nail to grow out.

There’s no medicine to prevent it? I don’t want to lose my nail.
