blue toes
I have a friend who’s toes go blue and tinkles.
This has only happened about 3 times in 5 years.
He is not diabetic.
He was told it might be contact dermititis but he only gets it during winter and the color eventually goes back to normal.
What could this be?

I can’t be sure, but the first thing that comes to mind is Raynaud’s Phenomenon. A vasospasm of small vessels, usually brought on by cold.
