bracing a pulled tendon
About a week ago in a soccer game I sprained my ankle and tore the lateral tendon in it. For my high school soccer team season is fast approaching(as in next week) I am choosing to forego our first game in hopes of not reinjuring my still recovering ankle in the future. Last year I also hurt the lateral tendon. looking forward to this year I hope to avoid any further injury to this “problem” ankle. What type and kind of brace do you feel would be the most appropriate for my severe injury while I run and continue to play soccer?
