Broken collar bone

On march 10, 2017 busted 12 ribs,punctured lung,and busted collar bone. Wore figure 8 strap on collar bone for 7 weeks. Doc. gave some circle motoins to do for therapy. Looking for additional excercise as I only have limeted movememt of my right hand. Am not able to raise fully over my head or straight out to my side. Any help is a Godsend.Thanks-
