broken heel bone recovery

i recently broke my heel bone (calcaneous) in a car accident. I was in a hard cast for a month – but now my doctor gave me a walking cast. i’ve had it for 2 days now and it still hurts to put complete pressure on my foot. when do you think ill be able to use the walking cast without any crutches?

It’s been two years now, since I fell and broke my heel. At the time of the accident, only my heel was contended with in emergency, however, I suffer great pain in my shoulders, jaws and lower back. Have you any idea if these are related and if so, what kind of specialist should I be seeing? Thank you kindly for responding.
