My toenail was stubed badly and has broken off, with about 1mm of actual nail left,right at the base. How should I care for it and will the nail grow back?
If it is not infected or otherwise painful, keep it covered and protected until it feels like it is not necessary any more. If you are concerned, I recommend you see a podiatrist
About a few months ago I had gone to a night club and I had my big toe steped on. My toenail bruised and now it has fallen off it was quite embarassing it seem that it was starting to re-grow a little. I was out getting my nails done and decided to put a fake nail on my toe. I believe that that caused the fake nail to retain moisture on my toe nail and now I have completely ripped off my nail. What can I do????
