Bruised knee
Hi iam 20 years old I have played soccer for ten years, I have recently stopped playing about 3 years ago. My knee has been in pain and swollen since. Last week I feel down my stairs and brised my tail bone and aslo fell on my knee. I have had exrays done and an MRI but my orthropedtic said it was just a bruised knee cap is there phyical therepy for that?

Hi I am twenty two years old and as I was dropped my daughter off at school and as I was walking out of the school and into my car I fell down the stairs and I am six months pregnant so I went to my doctors appointment and they said I had bruised my knee cap and bruised my hip. If it dosnt get better I may have to go to get xrays.
