Bruised Rib?

I happend to be snowboarding this past weekend, and have been alot recently. I take many falls, but never have been seriosly hurt. But this weeked I took a har fall on may back and rolled many times. When I stoped I couldnt really breath except for a weesing. At the bottom of the run I sarted coughing up blood, and continued to for about an hour. I am still having some trouble breathing, and can really do anything that requires me to bend over. What do you think I have done?
