Bulging disk…L5, S1 w/disk degeneration
(3 discussions)
I have been experiencing low constant throbbing in the same spot(L5,S1) where I had a protrusion of the disk last October.
That was a painful disabling experience, could this be happening again? Last time I just hit the floor.
The MRI showed everything last time, and I know what it is.
I am afraid this can just happen at any time. Can you advise?

M (l5,S1) is in need of a fussion, I was going to have it done soon but put it off because of a new technique they use I don’t know if I’m explaining this right so let me tell you what the doctor has told me. The technique now is to use titanium spacers with a plat to secure them leaving the disk above suseptatble to herniation. And informed me the FDA, plans on realeasing a new technique that should be less restraining. Please respond.
