bumps
hey, I havea large lump on the right backside of my heel. I have asked many people and lots have this bump except mine has gotten irregularly large it does not hurt yet it is a big bump. If you could inform me on what it is I would be quite happy thanks.

You may have whats commonly called a "Pump Bump". This can be caused by a high tongue on your shoes that you wear. This can rub the area and cause the body to lay down callus like tissue to protect it. Check to see if you shoes rub in this area. You may also have just a large attachment of the achilles to the heel bone.
