bunnions
(2 discussions)
Hello,
I am a yoga teacher and very interested in people’s feet!
I notice that many of my students have toes that are crunched together and bunnions.
I always instruct them to spread the toes and stretch the feet to help balance and to increase health in the rest of the body. What can you tell me about these bunnions?
where can I find out more about the importance of the foot?
I’d love a response at your convenience. Thank you,abi

If you do a search on Google for Bunions or more correctly, Hallux abducto valgus, you will get a good deal of information. The American Podiatric Medical Association and the American College of Foo & Ankle Surgeons have web sites for more information. http://www.acfas.org/
