This problem is more appropriate for a podiatrist or dermatologist (because of sores) to evaluate.
Possible causes off the top of my head (in no specific order)
i have been told that you break your little toe at least 5 times a day but you don’t realise as it isnt connected properly I was just wondering if this was true or not?
