Burning Sensation to my back

Hi there! I have a question and hopefully you can answer this or direct me to whom I would need to see. It’s been over (one)week and I have this burning sensation on my back on my left side. The burning comes from within (inside) my back. Could this be from sitting all day and not exercising? I work in an office and I’m always at my desk on the computer, could this be the result of it? I’ve never experienced such a thing but I noticed for every time I move a certain way or bend over, it burns. What is it caused from, or what is it? Please help or advise. Thank You very much
