burning under my right shoulder blade
i’ve been having this burning sensation that comes and goes for like two weeks now. it still comes and goes but now the aching wont go away. do you know what I can do to releave the pain. I just started exercising again and now that I have my back pain I can’t do my crunches any more cause it hurts. please can someone help me

please help deep inside and under my shoulder right one deep burning pain dr gave me diazepam help a little but only gave me them for one week could you please help in what this pain is burns like crazy thanyou
