i smashed my foot in a car door about 2 weeks ago, the top of my foot was black and blue, but has gone away since. the back of my heel has a bump on it and it hurts, and pain when I walk, the bump is about the size of a quarter… It has not gone down at all. I walk with a small limp…. It hurts to touch…
