Calcification at the Inferior Ramus of Ischium

Somehow I developed a calcination at the bottom of my hip in both sides but the left only bothers me.

1) I am not sure where it came from, except I have cycled for a long time
2) I treated with accupunture to reduce the pain, but once in a while bothers me again, mostly from sitting too long.

What should I do to eliminate this problem completely?

PD. I maybe wrong about the exact location of the calicination.
