3 weeks ago I was playing tennis and all of a sudden I heard a snap behind my leg. It hurted really bad I couldn’t walk! I didn’t see any bruises at all, at the emergency room the doctors told me I didn’t brake a bone. About 5 days later I started seeing bruises from below my leg to my ankle, my leg has lost its strenght can you tell me what kind of exercise/theraphy I can do to get better.I’m 40 already and I feel like if its going to take forever for my leg to heal. Please reply. -Ashley

Sounds like you may have torn your plantaris tendon in your calf. I would suggest using a heel lift inside your shoe for another 3-6 weeks and then try a gentle calf stretching program. Any good physical therapist can help you get better and recover much faster. Good Luck!
