Was in my tae kwon do class and was doing a kick where I step in and all of my weight is on left leg. As soon as this happened It felt like someone hit my calf with a ball bat.
It first almost felt like a trolly horse, but when that sensation was gone my calf was extremely stiff and sore.
This happened on Wed. it is now Sat. and it doesn’t seem to be improving, and I noticed that my leg is somewhat swelled down to my ankle, and the calf is now showing some bruising. Do you think it is only a pulled muscle or something else.
