Calf muscle problems

I’ve been running since June and experience problems with pain which I guess is ACS (anterior compartment syndrom) and also what feel like tears to both the inside and outside of my calf muscle.
This has gotten really frustrating and expensive because I’ve gone through about 5 pairs of running shoes.
I’m 45 5’10” 185lbs and have fairly flat feet.
I’m a moderate over pronater.
I really enjoy running but these injuries are driving me nuts.
I usually try to run 3-5 times a week on concrete sidewalks for min 2 miles and up to 6.
HELP!

It might be beneficial for you to see a podiatrist or orthopedist who see athletes. A custom orthotic may be helpful, but you may have other things going on that can only be determined by an exam.
