Last summer I strained my right calf(high strain) and it took 8 months to heal. I stretch it regular and it would still tweek every now and then. So I started wearing a calf sleeve and it help. But now the other get tweeked now when I play basketball. I use to do calf raises in the gym but I stop. Is it possible that my explosive muscle are not responding due to weight training. My vertical was 38″, now I’m really scare to try to jump hard. Help me understand what’s going on with my calves?
