Calf !!!!! HELP PLEASE

Ok…. so a few weeks ago at xc we ran 3 mile.. after about 2 1/2 my calf started to hurt.. I thought nothing of it… then later after sprints we started to walk a lap and all of a sudden my calf got SUPEr tight and the pain was excruciating…. my ankle felt like it froze and I couldnt move it at all… now whenever I run any distance especaially our meets (1 1/2 mile) my calf starts to really hurt and get tight… any advice?

    I think you should see an orthopedist and have an examination. Possibly an MRI to see if the muscle or achilles tendon is inflamed or torn.
