    Hi Ian,

From what you describe it sounds like you have some tight muscles around the knee. The result is that when you try to straighten it you can’t fully and it feel like it might buckle out from under you.

If this sounds right then start a detailed stretching program: Hamstrings, Adductors, calves and quads. Do your stretching twice daily and immediately after you finish the winning penalty kick

Not stretching after activity can leave muscles tight causing irritation of their points of attachment and other muscles to spasm to try to come to the rescue.

Make sure your muscles are warm before you stretch them so that they remain lengthened by the stretch; cold muscles are elastic, warm muscles are plastic.

    Good Luck,
    Muscledawg.

Can anyone help you? Are you serious? You didn’t explain how you “did something” you didn’t explain the pain other than it is not how it normally feels. The more specifics you can give, the easier it is to figure out the problem.
