Can someone Please help me with my top of foot pain?
I am a runner. I have had sharp pain on the top of my foot for about five months now. The pain is around the second metatarsal. It doesn’t hurt so much when I walk, but it can really hurt when I run or jump. I usually just try to ignore the pain and keep going, but I know there is definitely something wrong since it has hurt this long. Any ideas of what it might be?
