I have a violent clicking in my neck when tilting head from side to side, it is so load I did it once in a bar that had fairly load music playing and the girl next to me was almost sick. its really quite annoying and painful.Also upon stretching my sternum clicks as if it is popping into place, I had had many xrays but nothing has been found, all that was said is that it could be down to my height and stature. I am 22, 6″2 and around 12stone in weight,any help would be greatly appreciatedthanksDarren

I was in a car accident last May. My legs and arms were slammed forward in to the dash. They x-rayed my hands and knees. No seeable breaks or fractures. However, the palms of my hands hurt for 4-5 months and are still sore at the last joint of hand to fingers. Now my left arm hurts from palm up to shoulder interrupting sleep. I cannot open jars or do twisting motion or lift with left arm. There is a lump bigger than a golf ball at the lower inside elbow joint. I can feel that it interferes with bending my arm. During the day I have to drop my arm down and at times my hands go numb or pain goes up under my left arm to shoulder. What happened? I can not get any relief.

My 11 yr old son has just been diagnosed with this.
He is very athletic.
I would like to know what else I can do for him besides ice and anti inflammatories.
Sports are very important to him…should he take some time off from them? Our pediatrician didn’t think so but I am trying to find out how else we can help him get through this. Any responses are appreciated.
