I have a prescription from my family doctor to have a Pt evaluation & treatment of C-disc. Can you tell me what a c-disc is & the location of? Thank you in advance for your advise.Chris W
Hey Chris, I’m currently going through the same thing. PT is Physical Therapy. It’s where they attempt to maneuver you spin back into place, and exercise the muscles needed to support the spin correctly. Well, I’m know expert on TP but, this is what I learned from going to therapy. I’m thinking of having a operation due to a pinched nerve in C-6/7. I’m not so sure what to do.
