I play golf and water-ski and consider myself fit. I know I have arthritis in the spine and neck.(I’m over 60 but a serious sportswoman)Main pain is from under right shoulder blade, travels up behind, and into right ear (feels like ear-ache) then travels further up head where it often pulsates. Pain is worse when lying down in any position. Head pain feels like a pressure spot and is intense on back, right-side of head.Any ideas what I can do?
Sir. I want to know that is there any permanent cure for spondulitis…actually my father has this problem & because of this he is having pain in his hand… He has dibities also so please give me all the information about this after considering this point.. Thanking you. vaibhav
I have the problem with my c4, C5 vertibrae. A nerve in the right hand gets pulled in my right hand when I liedown on the bed. The pulling becomes very painful and I prefer to sleep in a slanting chair.Otherwise I am able to do all the work and I drive my car without any problem Tell me what should I do
