I have several patients who have developed neuropathy from chemotherapy. Some have responded to Neurontin or other medications. I generally have the patient see the neurologist, as this problem does not have one simple answer.

Has anyone else experienced neuropathy problems from the drug Letrozole (Femara)? Neuropathy developed for me after chemo treatments in 1999. The neuropathy stayed at the same level until this last year when I was put on Femara after my five years of Tamoxifen was up. I know Femara side effects are bone and joint pain but along with this the neuropathy has excellerated.
