my husband was hit in the chest-tendon with a hockey stick.could yoi please tell me how long it could take to strengthen the area and the best pain med to take.
I have been experiencing a constant pain in te serratus anterior muscles for quite sometime,for last to months along with that I am also experiencing chest pain, but the chest pain is not constant and it moves from left side to right side sometimes also around neck area. I am also getting at times breathing problem because of this. I also cannot do side raises as the serratus anterior muscle pain a lot during this movement.
Would u have any clue why is this pain happening.
