I ran track like five years back and I’m recently returning to the track ev every time I train Iget chin splint after doin 4 laps on 400 track what should I don’t to prevent this any medication or spicial exercise that may work

    Shin splints can be due to lack of shock absorption in your shoes, tendonitis, stress fracture of the tibia, swelling of the muscle compartments. If you are trying to run in shoes that have more than 300-500 miles on them, then possibly getting new running shoes may help.
