chronic bicipita tendonits
I have had bicepts tendonitis on goin for about 10 months. I went to therpy(ulta-sound, streching, deep tissue massage, and rotator stregthening) for two months. The benifits were minimal but did help minimize the pain a little. What should be the next step. If surgery, how invasive is the process?
What is the down time? What is the rehab time? Will I be 100%? Any suggestions/comments would be greatly appreacated.

What do you do for a living? Have you continued lifting heavy loads since your injury and during your rehab? If you continue to lift heavy objects you will never get better. That's called a repetitive strain injury. Not sure what type of surgery they could do for that?
