Collapsed Heel
I have been diagnosed with a collapsed heel. I have been having pain on the outside of my ankle and I am finding that my foot no longer seems to land flat on the ground after a stride.
Has anyone else heard of this?
Any ideas how to overcome it?
I have been running about 10 years, is it just wear & tear
