compound segmental fracture
hello doctor,my wife met with accident and sufferred compound segmental fracture# tibia fibula lower 1/3,its been eight months now, the calcification proces s not satisfactory.the lower end of segment has started healing but the upper end has no joining. can u suggest some method for enhansing the process of bone joining
