constantly rolling my ankle

I’m always rolling my ankle, it could be anytime, from simply walking, to stumbling on a rocky road. It hurts acutely at the time and swells, but as it happens regularly I tend just to walk on it as best I can.
I think this is simply due to a weakness in the ankle ever since I twisted it a couple of years ago.
Should I do the whole RICE thing everytime or just carry on? Icing and bandaging is such a hassle when it happens often. Thanks for any advice I may recieve.

Your ankle ligaments are not doing their job. Worst case scenario, is a surgery to repair this. Ankle braces are not all created equal. One that I use in my practice is an ASO. It is very well tolerated and patients feel better with it.
