continued pain a year after crushed vertebra

Last January I suffered a crushed vertebra as a result of a sledding accident.
It is now one year and two months later and I still suffer from fairly intense pain if I stand for long periods of time, sit at my sewing machine or do yard work.
It is becoming increasingly frustrating, as I cannot do many of the activities that I have enjoyed in the past, for any length of time. What course would you next suggest?
Should I return to the convenience care center (where I went and was diagnosed) for more xrays, should I contact my general practicioner or jump right to an osteopathic treatment. Thank you so much for your time.
