Cruciate ligament knee injury with shin pain

In November last year I got a knee injury playing soccer and pulled my cruciate ligament. I rested for about 1 month and then started walking again and went for physiotherapy. After about a month of physiotherapy the doctor sent me for a MRI scan and it came back with no problem, so I continued trying to strengthen the muscle with gym work and static cycling. The knee still does not feel right and clicks and moves around, the inside rear part of the knee feels tight after I walk or exercise for a while. Yesterday i went out mountainbiking this morning have a pain at the top of my shin. If i press the painful area the pain increases. I can walk around alright but don’t feel too happy about this it. Does anyone know what might be going on?
