While sprinting after a ball during volleyball practice my left leg somehow crossed over with my right leg. I lost balance and crushed my testicles. It hurts when i walk or do any sort of leg movement. It didnt really bother me when i was lifting weights or doing squats so i dont think it’s a hernia. I’m not really sure how bad it is, i might have twisted it or just crushed it but it is really painful. How should i treat this? Should i go to a doctor to see if it’s serious or wait a while to see if it gets better first?
