The cryo cuffs I used in the past were set at a temperature such that the person could use it for quit sometime. Now you can’t do that with regular ice packs. See if you have a sticker on your unit with a manufactures phone number and call them or call back the dept. that gave you the cuff and ask them. They should know if they’re giving them to people.
