CT results

I’m a 25 year old male. When I was 18 I was shot 4 times in the back and have dealt with severe back pain for years. Recently I got insurance and have been visiting various specialists for help. I had a CT scan done and the results are as follows:Mild diffuse exaggeration of the thoracic kyphotic curve from t3-t10Prevertebral spondylosis from t4-t5 through t8-t9t7-t8 demonstrate osteophytes in left lateral recesst9-t10 demonstrate foraminal osteophytes on the rightMy doctor tells me all of my pain is simply muscle related and there is nothing she can do outside of give me mild medicine to calm “muscle spasms” I exercise regularly, and have been to physical therapy multiple times and I do regularly exercise my back(but not to extremes) as instructed by past physicians/instructorsIs all of this pain truly a result of just muscle “irritation” as she had told me? Or is this her way of dismissing me as an easy patient.

Dear Tyler,The CT results indicate very significant degenerative conditions. At such a young age of 25 this would indicate that you have had a serious spinal misalignment since your childhood. You should consider finding a chiropractor. Also fell free to visit our web site for more helpful information and also video instructions about health related topics.
