Dark spots on feet

I have dark spots on the tops of my feet.
They startedaround my toes and have sread up to my ankles.
They look like freckles and do not itch or burn.
They have made almost all of the area around my toes look like one dark spot, yet still look like frecles on my ankles and the bottom of my legs.
What is this and what causes it?
Also, is there a way to get rid of it?

I would need to see this in orrder to tell you more. Pigmentary changes can be due to several things- The bestthing to do is see a dermatologist for further information.

Hello,A year ago, my boyfriend started to have dark spots on the bottom of his feets. It was little bumps of water and became black spots. The doctor checked his feets and sent him for many many blood test and also sent him to a dermatologist. They still don`t know what it is. But know there`s this bad odor. Please help me.
