Disloaction/healed – experiencing muscular contractions of left deltoid muscle

I dislocated my left shoulder in early September and had treatment and chiropractic treatments for it. I recently was working out and am now experiencing continuous muscular contraction of the deltoid muscle of my left shoulder. What is it and what can I do to treat it?
