I keep dislocating my fingers from football. I dislocated my right pinkie finger, my left ring finger and dislocated my left middle finger twice. I don’t know what to do. I want to make my fingers stronger when they heal. Are there any ways for me to make the joints stronger and are there any ways to prevent this for next year? I am going to tape them, but I would like to hear someone’s opinion. Right now, I have my middle finger and ring finger wrapped with a brace, and my pinkie is not wrapped or braced. I have started to work them(ring and middle finger) a little, but I can’t bend the top of the joint at all, where I dislocated them. I can bend my pinkie just fine, but it is still swollen.
