dislocated knee therapy

about a month ago I dislocated my knee and went to the ER where and they put it back in place. I had to wear a knee immombilizer for three weeks. Now that I am able to take it off there is still a little swelling in my knee what should I do to continue me recovery?

You should go to a good physical theapist who will rehab your knee. Make sure the therapist knows how to do “McConnell Knee Taping”. Good luck
